Me and my wife got contacted by Viking Real Estate on Teneriffa with an offer to pay them 50 000 euro and they would then get me a deed for an apartment I bought from Homes under the sun SL on Teneriffa. I sence this is a fraud. I have not had any contact with this chap Mike Farhoud earlier nor his company but yet they can solve it all. A bit later they lowered the offer to 30 000 euro. Very good impression....not. I belive this is complete bull and there just out to fill their pockets.
Having a look at their flashy website I came across this Seahorse investment they promote in Dubai. Doing a Little google about it there are lots of news about the Seahorse Project not having any licenses from the relevant governments.

Later on we have also been contacted by Canarian Legal Alliance and Timeshare Reclaim on Gran Canaria about our purchase with Homes under the sun. Not giving any good impresion these companies either. Watch out good folks! Keep your monies safe!
